We will listen to your needs an thoughts, ask related questions, make suggestions and give you a quote based on YOUR IDEAS for the website. The Website Design Process
1. Requirements Analysis
This step is to determine the needs, and requirements, or goals for the website from the perspective of the customer. YOU the customer selects from one of our existing design, or can take the steps to have a site custom designed as you would prefer. The next step involves discussing what other functions are necessary to begin: Domain registration (website address)*, Shopping Cart, Pay Pal Signup, Email Accounts. *Domain registration is done through doteasy.com and they provide multi year payment and registration plans.
2. Conceptual Design
We will then take your design and generate an interactive visual representation or working mockup of the site. YOU the customer are involved with the Proofreading and Revamping of your websites design until your goals of the websites design and usability are met. Not until you are happy is our job complete!
3. Website Launch & Maintenance Scheduling
Final approval and final payment are made as the finalized design is launched. Once your website is built it will need to be maintained. For some sites this means weekly updates, for others it can be more of a monthly or "whenever necessary" schedule. The cost is $25 per update, or the 1 year monthly update plan for $250 for 12months (2 months free). We will only do maintenance and updating with your direction - you will not receive a monthly itemized bill unless you have selected that plan and have provided us with the update information required for the site.
